If you suck up you get promoted to positions that you're not qualified for. I was currently in two car accidents in the same week, DON was not sympathetic. No matter how flexible I was, my worth wasn't appreciated. No counseling, verbal, written reprimands prior to phone call. The company did not provide proper PPE for all employees.They take all the problematic patients who other facilities have kicked out or have major behavioral issues.
Facility not equipped to handle such cases. There were 2 suspected cases of Covid-19. Despite the current pandemic the facility is still accepting patients from CA, New York, New Jersey area, and Mexico.
